How was the Flight Operation System created?

The Flight Operation System was born in 2003, originally as a tailor-made information system developed for the company F AIR, the greatest flight school in the Czech Republic. On the basis of 5 years experience in operation of flight schools and clubs, in 2007 the development of new generation of the software was started. The new Flight Operation System 2008 is available since December 2007.

On which platform is the Flight Operation System 2008 being developed?

Development platform is Microsoft .NET 2.0, using the data basis Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Recommended browser for operation of the application is Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0/7.0 or Firefox 2.0.

Can the Flight Operation System 2008 be installed into a local client‘s network?

Yes, if requested by a customer, the application may be provided for installation into your own computer network. However, we strongly recommend use of the standard hosting of the Flight Operation System 2008 provided by its producer which is a guarantee of accessibility, security & safety of data as well as regular update.
